This tiny home created by DublDom studio is a stylish cabin that can be assembled anywhere in the world by its buyer and concentrates all the best living solutions in a small, practical, and cozy space.

The Tiny Home movement is growing as a solution for smaller families and even for the new generation that, since the pandemic, value their privacy even more while wanting to reduce their footprint on the environment. Thus, the DublDom studio created this new proposal for a takeaway cabin.

This is a 27-square-meter modular house that includes five open and functional rooms to provide maximum comfort to its users. Architects Ivan Ovchinnikov, Olga Sandakova, and Kirill Kazakov designed this cabin with the intention that the buyer could install it on its own the same day of purchase and without having to worry about decoration or equipment.

The TOPOL27 can be placed anywhere and is prepared to withstand the most extreme temperatures, providing good shelter for its inhabitants.

The construction is built on a metal frame that insulates the house from the imperfections of the terrain and provides an industrial loft look. It is composed of a combination of a metal frame, oak wood, and glass that blends in with the environment and ages with character while giving the users the possibility to enjoy the outside view.

The modular house includes everything the user might need: from cutlery to lamps. Decoration and implements are sourced from mass-access stores to simplify any restocking, and everything has a precise purpose and size.

Therefore, the users of the TOPOL27 will only need to organize their belongings and linens to complete their new life in this tiny home. The 27 square meters of construction are distributed in a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, a dressing room, and a kitchen, plus a terrace for warm days.
