PRESERVATION
Plum preserves wine for 90 days at the exact temperature predicted by the winemaker, and works with any standard 750ml bottle of wine with any closure, including natural cork, engineered cork, and metal screw caps.
WINE RECOGNITION
Plum has a “virtual sommelier” that automatically identifies wine according to its grape harvest, variety, region, and winery by displaying the label on the 7″ touch screen.
