1. Possession of any LCID price list does not constitute an offer to sell.
  2. All prices in the price lists and in the sales quotes are in US Dollars and as EXW LCID’s Miami Warehouse at 2005 NW 115th Avenue, Miami, FL 33172.
  3. Unless specified otherwise, all sales quotations have a validity of thirty (30) days from the date on the sales quote, sales order or proforma invoice documents.
  4. LCID’s product suggestions are based upon Buyer’s plans, budget and desired performance. Any appliance specifications will be available upon request.
  5. Buyer is responsible for reviewing the product specs that LCID’s Sales Rep provides, prior to formalizing the ORDER. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the selected products fit their project. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all tradespeople associated with their project have the product specifications and are made aware of any changes.
  6. All Purchase orders need to include all specifications (model or part number), quantities, prices, and relevant dates to be entered for processing. Prices, models and specifications are subject to change without notice. Product lead times vary depending upon manufacturer, please contact LCID for specific product lead times.
  7. All Purchase orders must clearly indicate specifications as to voltage, frequency and gas requirements in order to be processed. All orders for gas products must be ordered as LP or Natural Gas units.
  8. Purchase orders that are incomplete will need to be revised and may delay order processing. Once ORDER is made, no changes will be allowed.
  9. All invoices payable to LCID. We accept these payment methods: Wire Transfers, Cashier/Company Checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discovery (2.5% additional charge on these cards), and American Express (4% additional charge). Wire transfers must include a $35.00 transfer fee. Checks must be drawn on a USA Bank and sent to 2005 NW 115th Avenue, Miami, FL 33172.
  10. For credit-approved LCID dealers, terms are Net 30 days. A 1.5% interest charge per month will be applied on any unpaid balance over 30 days. Dealer must be in good credit standing with LCID in order for any additional or existing orders to be processed and/or released.
  11. For Cash In Advance LCID Dealers and Individual Buyers, orders under $10,000 must be paid in full when placing the orders. For orders greater than $10,000, terms are a minimum 50% deposit and the balance due prior to shipment.
  12. Any LCID non-stock item is considered a special order. Special order products are non-cancelable, non-refundable and non-returnable.
  13. For Credit-approved LCID Dealers, any Special Product order requires a 50% deposit.
  14. Delays in the delivery of appliances are expected throughout much of 2023, caused by materials, production and logistic disruptions in the supply chains of the factories following the COVID -19 pandemic. The delivery dates indicated by your Sales Rep are just estimates based on the information provided by factories at the time of entering the purchase order. Factories keep the right to change this information based on the status of their production. LCID will keep Buyer updated about changes in delivery dates as we receive information from the factories.
  15. LCID is not liable for any delay or failure to obtain specific products resulting from manufacturer production or delivery problems. If manufacturer is unable to supply such products, LCID may choose to offer comparable substitute models.
  16. LCID assumes that products ordered are to be delivered as soon as products arrive into LCID’s warehouse. Buyer must pay any balance due on the order and agrees to receive the products right away.
  17. Complete Orders cannot be held in LCID’s warehouse for more than 30 days. On the 31st day, a 2% storage fee will be applied. On the 91st day, the order will be cancelled and a 30% restocking fee will automatically be charged to the account. LCID will not store products for longer than 30 days, after this, LCID reserves the right to cancel the ORDER, all products received will be sent back to the factories or used for other buyers, and Buyer will be refunded for any ordered products not shipped.
  18. If Buyer wishes products to be delivered at a later time, a date must be clearly specified on the original Purchase Order. If no required date is listed on the Purchase Order, it will be assumed that the order will be delivered as soon as products arrive in LCID’s warehouse.
  19. Unless otherwise arranged, all products shipments are EXW LCID’s Warehouse, Miami, Florida, USA. Title passes to the consignee and LCID’s responsibility ceases with the pick-up of goods by the consignee and/or transportation company. Upon pick-up of cargo, the carrier assumes full responsibility for its safe arrival. Should Buyer receives products in a damaged condition, apparent or concealed, a claim for damages must be made by Buyer immediately with the carrier. IN CASE OF DAMAGE, DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENT. Call freight agent’s attention to the condition of the products, making careful notes of details on the freight bill before freight charges are paid, or before prepaid freight shipments are accepted.
  20. The Dealer or individual Buyer is responsible for supplying LCID, directly or through their freight forwarder, all proof of export documents (i.e., bill of lading) required for every invoiced product. Dealers or Buyers who fail to provide such documentation within 10 days of shipping the merchandise, will be charged Florida Taxes according to the amount invoiced plus a $200 administration fee.
  21. Returns and exchanges of conforming products are not allowed. All sales of Open Box models are AS IS and final, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
  22. If Dealer is the Buyer, all products distributed by LCID must be resold by dealer only to customers located within the geographical territory assigned to the dealer, as defined by the LCID Dealer Agreement.
  23. International Product Warranty – For countries in which LCID does have an authorized service center, LCID warranty covers the cost of spare parts and labor, for 18 months after LCID’s shipping date to Dealer for stock units, or 15 months after dealer’s invoice date to Buyer or LCID’s date of shipping directly to the final Buyer, whichever is less, or 12 months spare parts only if unit was installed by an unauthorized service center, the client itself, or any additional person. For countries in which LCID doesn’t have an authorized service center, LCID product warranty will cover only spare parts needed for repair – as mentioned on a service report by a service technician-, for 15 months after the shipping date on Buyer’s invoice.
  24. For each service within the warranty period, client must provide proof of purchase by means of his sales invoice by LCID. At no time does the term warranty mean replacement of the product with a similar one, unless after multiple repair attempts (at least 5 attempts), the authorized technician in conjunction with LCID and the manufacturer’s support personnel, will determine that the unit cannot be repaired or put into normal operation.
