Thermador presents the new members of their lines of ovens: Masterpiece® and Professional. The brand, whose mission is managing that anyone who cooks using any of their appliances feels the confidence, comfort, and certainty of a chef, incorporates these collections of innovative gadgets that will encourage even those least interested in the culinary art to bake.

From control panels with more vibrant colors to even better handles, the new additions that Thermador has included in the ovens from the Masterpiece® and Professional collections, allow the designer and architect to perfectly combine them with the style of any kitchen.

What they have in common

Both lines have in common the power to provide a kitchen with large-size steam and convection ovens and multiple racks to cook different dishes without transferring flavors.

Both the Masterpiece® and the Professional ovens, come with the new meat probe that allows reading the temperature to cook the food with precision and consistency. As if that wasn’t enough, both collections offer the user the benefits of the technology applied to the kitchen through the app Thermador Connected Experience that will allow you to preheat the oven remotely, as well as programming cooking options to prepare a recipe.

Elegant and smart

The most recent line, Masterpiece®, has been redesigned to improve every culinary moment. The new ovens of the collection offer characteristics such as color panels, metallic gray glass, and elegant and contemporary stainless-steel handles of the highest quality that add to these appliances a touch of sophistication that will make them stand out in any kitchen.

The most notable features of this renovation can be easily identified in models such as the MEDMC301WS (a 30-inch double oven that is a combination of built-in and microwave) with SoftClose® system doors, clear glass that allows you to monitor what is cooking, and an option for visualization.

This collection offers other attractive characteristics such as combined microwaves like the one with a power of 950 Watts (in the microwave mode), 10 cooking options (including melting, softening and keeping warm) and a friendly control panel. Besides, these ovens can be combined with warming drawers (in different sizes and capacities) that can be purchased separately.

Like a professional

Just as the previous one, the Professional line is made in stainless steel. The redesigned consisted in adding innovations that help enthusiastic cooks take full advantage of the appliances that belong to the line.

The TFT color panels, SoftClose® system doors, clear glass to provide better visibility while you cook, an option to open doors laterally, and a removable rotisserie element to cook uniformly large roasts and poultry are the outstanding characteristic of this renovated version.

A gem of this renewed collection is the Thermador PODMCW31W. A triple combination wall oven (30 inches): oven, convection microwave, and warming drawer. Aside from including a rotisserie element, this model has 2 telescopic racks.

The POD301RW model (30 inches) is a convection oven whose door opens sideways. In addition to all the virtues of the renovation, this model includes fast preheating among its attractive features.

The MicroDrawer® model MD24WS from the Professional line includes a special sensor mode to control humidity as well as automatically adjusting cooking time and temperature, aside from including 10 cooking modes and a control panel with commands such as “open” and “close” so it doesn’t need a handle.
