The 16th edition of the Cayman Cookout 2025 promises to be an exceptional event that will bring together luxury, flavors, and unforgettable experiences around the biggest names in international gastronomy. From January 15th to the 20th, 2025, Grand Cayman will be the setting for gourmets from all over the world to indulge in a celebration that, like the wines, seems to get better with age.
As usual, the 2025 event will feature some of the world’s most renowned and respected chefs and new stars entering the kitchen arena. So, for the Cayman Cookout 2025, the hosts of the event, chefs Eric Ripert, José Andrés, and Andrew Zimmern, will share the stage with:
- Daniel Boulud is an icon of French haute cuisine and owner of the Dinex Group. He has won awards from the James Beard Foundation and received the title of Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur by the French government.
- Jorge Vallejo, founder of Quintonil restaurant, awarded ninth place in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023 and recipient of the Estrella Damm Chefs’ Choice Award 2022, is recognized by his peers as one of the most influential figures in world gastronomy.
- Kristen Kish, co-host of “Fast Foodies” on TruTV/Food Network and Iron Chef on Netflix.
- Ashley Christensen, chef and owner of several restaurants in Raleigh, NC, and winner of two James Beard Awards. She is noted for her cooking with local ingredients and her involvement in charitable causes.
- Gonzo Jimenez is an Argentine master chocolatier who has worked in luxury hotels in the U.S. and South America. He is currently the corporate pastry chef for República del Cacao and his talent is highlighted globally on Netflix’s Bakesquad.
They will be joined by Emeril Lagasse, EJ Lagasse, Emma Bengtsson, Mawa McQueen, Ronald Hsu, Claude Le Tohic, Orlando Soto, and Dean Max, among others, as well as renowned sommeliers and mixologists such as Aldo Sohm, Michael Kennedy, Charles Joly, TJ Vong, Lauren O’Brien, Madeline Puckette and Tony Abou-Ganim. In total, this year’s event will feature 73 specialists in different areas linked to culinary pleasures.
In addition to Eric Ripert, the 16th edition of the Cayman Cookout will feature two special hosts who will bring their charisma and style to the event:
- Jesse Tyler Ferguson, the beloved Modern Family actor and passionate foodie.
- Nicole Henry, the acclaimed jazz singer with a captivating presence.
